Third time in my life I confess to getting 'a little man in' to sort it out. 'Have this sorted in 5 minutes' he said optimistically. Oh, how wrong he was! 90 minutes later the two of us finally got the printers 'connected'. And upgrading to Microsoft 10 will be seamless?

I can say and with much experience dealing with computers, it wasn't seamless. Lots of niggly little problems now sorted. I wish I'd stuck to Windows 7 Pro. Anyway, thanks again, sorted now but no help from Microsoft.
