Dell Optiplex 960 Drivers Windows 10

I'm running windows 10 on my Dell Optiplex 960 and Soundmax sound card. Samsung Ml 2165 Driver Windows 10. I was trying to set up the microphone to work and must have changed or deleted something now I have no output sound. I have tried several things from the internet and have had no success to get sound back.
