Hp Deskjet F2400 Driver Windows 10

The installer doesnt work! I have installed, uninstalled & re-installed all of the automated solutions several times, I have tried manually installing, I have purged my system of all things HP & reinstalled & still the installation hita a fatal error every time it gets to 'configuring the product' I have upgraded to win 10 less than a month ago - all of the current updates are installed, my system specs far exceed those stated as minimum requirements - so whats going on?
