Toshiba Utility Common Driver Windows 10

Hi, I have received notifications from Toshiba that I need to update my TOSHIBA Display Utility (64 bit), TOSHIBA eco Utility (32/64 bit) and DTS Studio Sound to be compatible with Windows 10. For each of the three items, the notification also tells me to manually uninstall the existing component from my computer 'in order for this updated component to install. ' I did manually uninstall the display utility components today, but as far as I can tell the updated one still wouldn't install, or at least I couldn't see it, and when I search for it, it says there isn’t one. Now I'm getting the message again from Toshiba to update these two applications (the Display Utility message totally missing), eco Utility, and Studio Sound. How do I reinstall the Display Utility? I have looked and searched in Toshiba, but unable to find to reinstall. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
